ServSafe® Manager Training is Your Solution

It’s time to take action and invest in ServSafe Serving Safe Food Seminar from The Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association. This one-day seminar is designed to help leaders in the foodservice industry meet this challenge. This practical approach to food safety is the industry’s undisputed leader in food safety training for two decades.

ServSafe® training blends lecture and video that engages the student with food safety content. We focus on providing a lecture environment utilizing powerpoint and other teaching aids that help the student retain food safety knowledge. The course is based on information from the ServSafe Manager Book, 6th textbook and the FDA food code. This class will give the student needed information to pass the servsafe exam.

Class Details

  • Classes vary in size but we do require a minimum of 5 participants. Hospitality Assist may at it’s discretion reschedule class if the number of registrants is below this level.
  • Classes begin promptly at 9:00 A.M. Your time is valuable and we don’t waste it. To ensure all the material is covered we will have several short breaks, but will work thru lunch. Lunch is provided in your registration fee and served by the venue.
  • Class ends and testing begins at 3:30 PM. Students are allotted 3 hours for the test but most take 45-60. Please bring note taking materials and pen or pencils.
  • Upon registration you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please be sure you ad mail@hospitalityassist.net to your address book to ensure you receive our correspondence.
  • Some classes include the 6th ed. text book, test sheet, and test booklet. These will be provided upon the beginning of class.

Scores and Certificates

Score’s available online 10 business days after class date. Certificate with in 30 calendar days via US Mail from our offices, or pick them up in person.
There are no refunds. Any class missed will have a rescheduling fee apply.

If special ADA accommodations are required, please contact our office at least four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled class date.
